    Henry Alfred, known as 'Harry' was born on 2 Mar ch 1883 at 24 Monkton Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight to George BULL and Ann Rebecca VINCENT.

    As a child he lived with his parents at 35 Albert Street, Ryde, according to the 1891 & 1901 census, and in 1901 he was employed as a house painter.

    On 12 June 1909 he married Gertrude Alice LACEY at St. Johns, Oakfield, Ryde, Isle of Wight. They had ten children between 1910 and 1919.

    They set up home in 8 Tellis Cross, East Coker, Yeovil, Somerset - Gertrude had been born at East Coker and Henry was employed as a Postman.

    Henry Alfred died on 31 January 1952 at Yeovil District Hospital, Yeovil, Somerset  of Pneumonia and Pyelonephritis.
